Consultation followup
After the consultations today, there are a number of areas some students asked me for more information:
- Academic words - try the i-phone app 'vital english' academic words. If you find another app for academic word practise put it on the blog for other students.
- Formality. Here is some useful information and some formality exercises you can practise
Ai WeiWei is a artist and a social activist as well. He had been arrested and was been imprisoned by
the police because he oppose the government. He opposes the government because
of the corrupted politicians and was imprisoned, because he fight against the
government. He also got the public support. As Ai weiwei revels the truth, he should be given
importance and one must think about the politics and the corruption, few changes
must be done in order to get a corruption free country.
Katie The article of Ai weiwei
Ai Weiwei is a traditional Chinese artist. He has
the high reputation in the world. He took part in design of Beijing 2008
Olympic game. He influences young People’s thinking
and behaviour through the Internet and social Media. He always shows some real
documentary on his blog. He says something what he wants to see and does
something in his own way but sometimes
is not very good. In my opinions, he had studied in United States for many years. He does not
know the Chinese history very clearness. He can’t see what happened in these years.
His thinking influences some People. So our government have their own way to
deal with them.
Ai Weiwei is an artist and a social activist. He disagrees
with the government of China, and he work against the government. Because this,
He has highly and openly critical of the Chinese Government`s stance on
democracy and human rights. Hi has investigated government corruption, so he
has suffered punishment from government. The result, a lot of peoples protested
against the government to help him, and to try to implant on democracy either.
China is a very old country, maybe sometimes, some changes can be necessaries.
Because of the large number that live in China, democracy can be so hard to
implant, but is the more just politic system.
Henry
Free great artist in
china
Ai WeiWei is a famous artist in the world. He
is a free people because he always says what he want to say and do the thing he
what to do. Why is he so controversial in China? One reason to explain it should be his works
which often hard to stomach by Chinese government. One of governmental officer
says that WeiWei touch the base line of Chinese law. WeiWei has been in to the
jail because his words and deeds. Some of the foreign media attack Chinese government
to do that thing and some people in china also think government do the wrong
action. I am a Chinese, so I do not want to say something harmful to my country.
The government has its own reason to do this but sometimes the government solve
the problem too extremely to get effect on matter. WeiWei is want to talk
something about the weak point in china, his works influence a lot of Chinese youth
people even the world. So he is a good artist in the world, but maybe not good
in China.

Sleep well, learn more!
Researchs from Boston college have found that people who doesn`t sleep for enough, can have a negative effect on they learning. It is a major problem in affluent countries like EUA,England,France and South Arabia. Students, who dont sleep well, are influent by their home life, specially by tecnologies like computers and mobile phones. They are attempted all the time instead just have a good night of sleep. So it is a challenge for their teacher on class. Teachers are givin more work on class to get more attention of students. Researchs also finded that children that usually sleep more, achieve higher results on tests than students who doesnt have a good sleep. A half sleep also could bring health problems like obesity and behaviour problems. Go to bed earlier could be a probably soluttion for this issue.

Sleep for learning
New research has not enough sleep. Can have a negative our ability to learn. This is a problem in affluent counties such as the US, England,France and Saudi Arabia. The survey found 80% of 13 and 14 years old in the US were identified by their teacher being affected by lack of sleep. The lack of sleep causes your brain to run on empty.
Sleeping and learning
Some newspapers said that sleep time cause
the ability of learn. Some people think that if they get enough sleep, they
will be clever than before. It is a problem that many bedrooms have small phone computer
and TV in there. It is bad for sleep. Students need
enough sleep. It is good for them read and learn sciences easier and
better. And teachers always give some homeworks to them they need to use many time finish them . So in some schools, the time is changed. Student should go to school later or
have a small rest in the afternoon to solve the problem. That is the answer to
help the get enough sleep and study better.
Sleeping for learning
News research
says when you don`t get sleep enough your ability to learn anything diminish.
It is a problem, principally at the United States, England, French and South
Arabic, due to new technologies like computer, tv and smartphone. This new
technologies are doing the people, specially young people, will go to bad late
and don`t get enough sleep. In the US 80% of children between 13 and 14 years
old is affected and 57% in the worldwide. The students think that the class are
not interesting, because this, a lot of students sleep during the class.
Teachers are trying to change this situation, returning the class more
interested and excited. Research says
that children that sleep well can get high results exams. Scientists believe
that go to bad late cause health problem. Due to the fact, same school in the
world start late, other schools have break in the afternoon like Siesta, but
the better way is that, of course, the students can go to bed early. Teachers
believe or you get enough sleep or you can understand the lesson.

Sleeping for learning
There is a new research show that not getting enough sleep can have negative effect on people ability to learn. In other words, there is a link between sleep and the ability to learn. Moreover, 80% of students of 13 and 14 -year- old in the US were affected by lack of sleep and the international average was 57%. Also, the research found that students who get enough sleep achieve higher test results in maths, science and reading. However, the students who do not get enough sleep may get some health problems such as obesity.

world. New research has shown that not getting enough sleep or sleep deprivation can have a
negative effect on our ability to learn. Reasearch from boston college found
that lack of sleep is cause of some students is lowerning the achievement in
school. The survey found 80% of 13 or 14 year olds in the
us were affected by the lack of sleep. The international average is 57%.
William Mery principle of high school says that its a challenge for teachers. The
another survey found that if a student get more sleep it score good marks in
math and science subject. Some doctors thinks that it not only affected school
work it also linked to their health problem like obesity, and also misbehaviour
problems. Rander gardner stayed awake 11 days in 1965.
Sleeping And Learning Henry
Sleeping well can make you have more effective on tomorrow's study. In many countries students often lack of sleep. we can see an example that 73% of 9~10 years old childrens and 80% of 13~14 years old childrens identified by their teachers as being adversely affected. These often happened in affluent countries, because of the high-technology equipment like mobile phone computer and so on. Teacher shouldn't give student too much homework and they should make them more exercting when they at school. Class should be engaging. When children get more sleep, they are text score will better.Scientist think lack of sleep will make you brain empty. May be it will cause behviour problem and health problem such as over weight. A good way to solve it should be start later in schoolday or have a break at afternoon, but the best is to terning student to go to bed early.

Jow: News - Deprivation sleep
Currently the sleep privation has been a serious problem that affect many students all over the world. According to Six Minutes, BBC Radio Program, the Boston College published a research that evidence that developed countries like United Stations, England, France and Saudi Arabia have problems with teenagers that don't sleep enough due to the use over of new technology (computes and smartphones). Specially in US 80% kids between 13 and 14 years old have problems with sleep deprivation. Regarding to teacher from US, this is a big challenge for teachers, for they need to do an interesting and exiting classes every day, maybe to be better way to teach in this situation. On the other hand, if you sleep every well, you can learn more and have a good results in exams, said the speaker. Sleep deprivation is considered a health problem by some scientists, but there are some solutions for this issue. In some countries the classes start later and there is a breaking in the morning, like a siesta. However the solution more effective is that everyone must turn in early.
