Sleeping And Learning Henry
Sleeping well can make you have more effective on tomorrow's study. In many countries students often lack of sleep. we can see an example that 73% of 9~10 years old childrens and 80% of 13~14 years old childrens identified by their teachers as being adversely affected. These often happened in affluent countries, because of the high-technology equipment like mobile phone computer and so on. Teacher shouldn't give student too much homework and they should make them more exercting when they at school. Class should be engaging. When children get more sleep, they are text score will better.Scientist think lack of sleep will make you brain empty. May be it will cause behviour problem and health problem such as over weight. A good way to solve it should be start later in schoolday or have a break at afternoon, but the best is to terning student to go to bed early.
