says when you don`t get sleep enough your ability to learn anything diminish.
It is a problem, principally at the United States, England, French and South
Arabic, due to new technologies like computer, tv and smartphone. This new
technologies are doing the people, specially young people, will go to bad late
and don`t get enough sleep. In the US 80% of children between 13 and 14 years
old is affected and 57% in the worldwide. The students think that the class are
not interesting, because this, a lot of students sleep during the class.
Teachers are trying to change this situation, returning the class more
interested and excited. Research says
that children that sleep well can get high results exams. Scientists believe
that go to bad late cause health problem. Due to the fact, same school in the
world start late, other schools have break in the afternoon like Siesta, but
the better way is that, of course, the students can go to bed early. Teachers
believe or you get enough sleep or you can understand the lesson.
